Sim card requirement

All SIM cards using either for end-user simulation or alerting, must have the PIN code set as inactive. It may not prompt for a PIN code or errors will be reported.

For alerting, the SIM card needs to have a SMS plan on the SIM. This can be prepaid or postpaid. However note that when using postpaid, you risk running out of credits resulting in alerts no longer being sent.

For voice call testing and data connections, you need to have a voice & data plan. Prepaid is highly recommended
